maha (n.): a name defining an overly-enthusiastic fifteen years old unicorn in the form of a human being, who has more fictional friends than real-life ones. she’s a very little person who loves art, and is always discovering new worlds. you may be seeing her sitting on my bed or chair holding a book, but she’s actually either practicing magic, killing a demon with a sword, or breaking down a government.

hi guys! i’ve been honored today to be part of the amazing event that alex decided to host for the second time (i hope it’s not the last)(note from alex: 😉 ), and, as it is related to valentine’s day, i decided to talk about five of my favorite otps from tv shows/movies!

beware: a LOT of fangirling is coming ahead.

one: rachel + ross from F.R.I.E.N.D.S

source

if you’ve been following me on my blog, you know that this show is my current OBSESSION (as well as sherlock, but we’ll talk about this later). and AGHDJXN ross and rachel are just so so cute i’m dying a little every time i see them. aLSO, if you haven’t watched this show, i mean what are you even doing with your life.

two: rosie + alex from love, rosie

giphy

this movie is just so amazing and so adorable i just can’t. i don’t even count how many times i’ve seen it anymore. lily collins and sam claflin portrayed these roles so well i was squealing from their cuteness. if you’re a romance lover, love, rosie is a movie i highly recommend. you’ll not regret it.

three: mia + sebastian from la la land

source1

now literally everyone has to see this movie. a realistic musical with aesthetic setting (aka los angeles), amazing music. a romance between a girl aspiring to be an actor and a guy wanting to open his own jazz club. i mean, come on! mia and sebastian were surprisingly realistic characters even though usually a musical is everything but realistic. just go watch this movie already.

four: stiles + lydia from teen wolf

giphy1

i have yet to see season 6 of this show, but i already know what happens between these two and i just AGHFJKJDN OH MY GOD. stydia was my number one otp of the show from episode one. i just i just i just…*sigh* (note from alex: HELLLLL YESS I DEFINITELY APPROVE OF THIS SHIP)

five: sherlock + watson from sherlock

200

how could i not mention them? sherlock! and! watson! are! wonderful! i just can never get enough of those two. this show is just a+ and everyone needs to watch it right now.

and voilà! these were my favorite otps from tv shows and movies! of course there are tons of other otps i forgot to mention here, so feel free to do so in the comments! i’ll try to answer with my personal blog’s account.

As long as you’re talking about Friends, I have to add Chandler and Monica–love them together. I’m also a huge fan of Seely and Bones in the TV show Bones.
